The Postgraduate Studies Portal provides prospective and current postgraduate students with a centralized platform for programme exploration, online applications, and application tracking. The system enables applicants to browse available Master's and Doctoral programmes, submit admission applications electronically, monitor application progress, and access postgraduate study information. It streamlines the postgraduate admissions process while enhancing accessibility, transparency, and communication between applicants and the University.

Boardroom Booking System
The Boardroom Booking System enables university staff to view, schedule, and manage boardroom reservations efficiently. Users can check real-time room availability, create new bookings, and view upcoming meetings from a centralized dashboard. The system provides a clear overview of scheduled sessions, prompts users when no bookings exist, and offers guided actions to initiate room selection. By streamlining the reservation process, the system reduces scheduling conflicts, improves room utilization, and ensures transparent coordination of boardroom resources across the university through a simple, accessible digital interface.

Alumni Portal
The Alumni Portal provides former students with a dedicated platform to stay connected with the university and with each other. Users can access an alumni directory, view institutional announcements, participate in active fundraising campaigns, track unread notifications, and read the latest discoveries including system updates and event invitations. The system facilitates community engagement through conversation modules such as "Global Network" and "Programme Chat," enabling graduates to connect across cohorts and programmes. Additionally, the portal includes a university fund tracker where users can view fundraising progress and make contributions. By centralizing networking, communication, and giving opportunities, the system strengthens alumni relations, supports university advancement, and fosters an ongoing sense of belonging within the graduate community.

Student Evaluation System
The Student Evaluation System provides students with a secure platform to access academic information and submit evaluations for their registered modules. Upon successful login, students can view key academic details including their registration number and full name. The system displays a list of registered modules for the current semester, enabling students to provide feedback on teaching quality, course content, and overall learning experience. When no modules are registered, the system proactively displays a message directing students to contact the ITS department for assistance. By centralizing student feedback collection, the system supports institutional quality assurance efforts, enhances teaching effectiveness, and provides academic administrators with actionable insights to improve course delivery and student satisfaction.

The ITDesk Support Portal enables university staff and students to submit, track, and manage ICT-related support requests. Users can create new tickets, monitor the progress of existing issues, access knowledge base articles for self-service support, and communicate with the IT department through a centralized platform. The system helps streamline issue resolution, improve service delivery, and provide transparent tracking of support requests from submission to completion.

The MSU Leave Management System is a centralized digital platform designed to automate the lifecycle of leave applications. By transitioning from paper-based forms to a digitized workflow, the system ensures transparency, accurate record-keeping, and efficient processing of staff leave.

Gym Booking
The MSU Gym System is an online platform where users can view available gym sessions and book a specific time to work out. The system displays daily time slots (for example 06:00–07:00, 07:00–08:00, etc.), the maximum capacity for each session, and the number of remaining spots. Users select a date and time slot and then confirm their booking to access the gym.

Stock Requisition
A University Departmental Stock Requisition system is designed to help university departments request items such as stationery, laboratory materials, office supplies, and other consumables required for daily operations. Through this system, authorized staff members submit requisition requests specifying the type, quantity, and purpose of the required items. The request is then reviewed and approved by the relevant department authorities before being forwarded to the university stores department for processing. The system helps maintain proper inventory control by tracking available stock, recording issued items, and ensuring that departments receive the resources they need in an organized manner. It also promotes accountability and transparency by keeping records of all requisitions, approvals, and stock distributions within the university.
